Digital transformation — the largest disruption for networking in a quarter century — is driving change across many organizations, from financial institutions to health care to government. Though enterprises understand the imperative of evolving to stay competitive, they’re struggling to draw a road map to transform their culture, customer experience, and technology infrastructure strategies.
Cisco collaborated with IDC Research to define a five-stage maturity model to help its customers navigate to a next-generation network. The model helps business leaders understand how a network aligned to their digital transformation goals can positively affect their business functions, delivery of services, management of technology assets, and the infrastructure across their organization.
This model helps you map that journey.
Cisco needed an integrated communications strategy to convey its thought leadership to C-suite, business unit leaders, and IT management audiences on the top-level elements of the Digital Network Readiness Model. This solution needed to illustrate a multidimensional model, with intricate interdependencies, that prepared users to take advantage of additional assessment tools and programs to help them map their journey.
During a 10-month program, Cyclone defined a content strategy that utilized a brand-centric visual vocabulary to create a suite of publication- and web-based solutions published on Cisco’s digital marketing channels. Through e-books, video, HTML-based animations, and interactive content, Cyclone helped Cisco deliver its thought leadership to educate users on the Readiness Model and how it correlates to their network journey and Cisco’s technology development road map.
