Cyclone Interactive Delivers e-Business Sales Channel for John Hancock

Data Gathering and Fulfillment Web Site for Two Hancock Groups



BOSTON, MA – December 28, 2001 – Cyclone Interactive, a forerunner in focused and cost-effective multimedia communications, announced the completion of a new data gathering and fulfillment e-business Web site for John Hancock Distribution Services and Signator Investors. As part of a three year continued relationship between Cyclone Interactive and John Hancock, the completed site, services sales inquiries and the fulfillment processes to directly deliver materials and documents to brokers and customers.

John Hancock required a transactional Web presence with a centralized data warehouse and fulfillment tool to handle and streamline sales processes. With this site, they can now easily process and manage the distribution of materials and documents utilizing a tool developed by Cyclone Interactive's custom development team.. The sales tool is also integrated with sales and marketing initiatives, including e-mail broadcasts and dynamic links promoting John Hancock products.
