Cyclone Interactive Delivers Online Mentoring Management System for Management Mentors
BOSTON, MA – October 31, 2001 – Cyclone Interactive, a forerunner in focused and cost-effective multimedia communications, announced the completion and delivery of Management Mentor's MMENTPRO.com, an online mentoring management system. MMENTPRO.com is a critical tool for effectively managing corporate mentoring programs.
Cyclone Interactive was entrusted with design, construction and implementation of MMENTPRO.com, a web-based system which will allow Mentoring Program Managers to manage the programs within their organizations. It provides the ability to create preliminary testing and evaluations forms for access by participants, assist in arriving at preliminary matches, generate ongoing contact points, generate online evaluation of the program and ultimately allow for studies to determine the long term effects of mentoring.

As a long-term strategic partner of Management Mentors, Cyclone has developed Web based and computer based training tools used as part of the Mentoring program initiatives authored by Management Mentors. MMENTPRO.com includes a pre and post test tool which allows program managers to author questions and serve them directly to targeted audiences with response preferences and complex variables. Other tools allow for matching mentors with mentorees with qualitative information.
